This tool has great versatility and performance. I was able to do tasks I used to do with high priced pneumatic tools, as a tool & die maker. My only concern is that I felt it should have lasted a little longer than it did, before the bearings gave out. I did work it hard though!!

Good value; key item versus some cheaper kits is the extension flexible shaft. Nice assortment of accessories. The lawnmower blade sharpener guide would likely work on a powered mower, but not my old reel type push mower. With a steady hand and light touch I did sharpen my mower freehand and it cuts well again. Also can use this device to trim dog nails, but my dog hates the noise. With enough repetition and some kibbles he will learn to love it too. If you set it up with care and creativity you should be able to buff, sand or grind just about any small surface. Drive unit looks well made, brushes for motor are replaceable. Drive unit is a bit noisier than I’d hoped but not worse than typical power tools. I bought this tool to replace a dremel which I have owned for 25 years. I find this one superior to my original, I think the quality is good and the flexible shaft and accessories provided will cover all of my needs. There is plenty of room in the carrying case for everything included plus all of my own old tool bits. I like the corded model, I will never have to worry about a battery going dead or needing replacement. I think the price is fair for what I received.

Great product. Very easy to use. It comes with everything I need for basic cutting and grinding. The hard case is very sturdy and can hold many bits and some extra tools also. I got some pliers and safety glasses in it with the rotary tool. The extension is very useful to me since I am usually working on small items such as RC cars, airsoft guns, and small electronics.
On the other hand, sometimes the lowest speed does not work, and it just makes a buzzing sound. In addition, low speeds does not have any torque. The slightest touch will stop the head on low speeds. This is sometimes inconvenient for me because there are some sanding I need to perform with delicate materials with low speeds.
Overall, this product is very good. It is everything I need for a rotary tool.

We all know that they don’t make things like they used to, but Dremel
is truely the exception to that rule! I’ve been using Dremel products for many years as a hobbiest and Dremel never fails to disappoint! You can’t go wrong at all by buying this product! What a workhorse! I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Delivery was timely. Packaging was great. Have used the tool several times so far and am very pleased with it … but I haven’t pushed it very hard or had a lot of hours on it. But so far, I like it a lot. The “accessory package” wasn’t as complete as I expected but the included flex-shaft is great! I used it for some projects on my boat and used it to grind my dogs nails down … she has never let me touch them before and she tolerated it very well. I’m a happy camper.
